Whistleblowing is the process by which an individual reports or discloses information about illegal, fraudulent, dishonest or unethical activities within an organisation or company. This can include situations such as corruption, workplace harassment, financial fraud or other malpractices
Any conduct, act or omission that harms the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private company. The provisions of the Whistleblowing Decree do not apply to objections, claims or requests linked to a personal interest of the reporting person that relate exclusively to his or her individual working relationships, including with hierarchically superior figures.

Without prejudice to other liability profiles, the A NAC shall apply the following administrative pecuniary sanctions to the person responsible:
