Project Management
Like we work
In our organisation, we identify several key roles to ensure the success of projects and the satisfaction of our customers. Here is a description of the key roles:
Account manager
It is the main point of contact for the customer, responsible for contractual relations and constant interaction with the company.
Project Manager
He is responsible for coordinating the production activities and ensuring that the project is in line with the agreed specifications. Defines project priorities and coordinates the "when" of activities.
Technical Manager (CTO) and/or Marketing Manager
They are the technical references for the internal divisions and are responsible for defining 'how' to carry out activities.
Production
Technicians and developers are the driving force behind the action. They are in charge of the DOING, of concretising project specifications and translating ideas into tangible results.

the process
Our internal processes are carried out in an organised manner to ensure the success of projects:
Collecting the customer's wishes
The account is committed to fully understanding the client's requirements and transmits them internally to assess feasibility and estimate costs. 1
Drafting and presentation of the proposal
The account prepares a detailed proposal and presents it to the customer, explaining the identified solutions, the services offered and the associated costs. 2
Definition of project details
After approval of the assignment, the account works with the client to define the project details and specific requirements. 3
Project start-up
After an internal alignment, a Kick-Off meeting is held with the account, project manager and client in order to share crucial information and establish a solid working basis. 4
Monitoring and control
During the production phase, the project manager coordinates the work, defines checkpoints and organises Progress Meetings (SAL) with the customer to ensure smooth project progression. 5
Final check, test and publicationBefore the final delivery, an audit is carried out in the presence of the account, the project manager and the client, pre-publication and post-publication tests are performed.
6
Periodic reports
After publication, digital marketing activities are initiated and regular performance reports are drawn up. Regular alignment with the client is maintained to monitor results and make any corrections and optimisations. 7
These well-defined processes enable us to guarantee the quality and success of our projects by maintaining constant communication and close cooperation with our customers.
