Approach
The company is a team and moves as such.
And what better way to 'divide the tasks and multiply the success' than by applying one inspired by the world of sport?
In rugby, a scrum (scrum) is a formation of players in which they try to gain possession of the ball. This formation requires intensive cooperation, coordination and a common goal: to gain control of the ball. Similarly, in the context of software development, the Scrum method takes a similar approach.
The team of developers works together in a collaborative and coordinated manner to achieve a common goal: the delivery of a product or software functionality. In the Scrum method, as in sport, transparency, effective communication and a strong sense of teamwork are crucial.

The steps of our SCRUM method
Session planning
The team selects the priorities to be addressed during the work sessions. These are divided into specific tasks and planned according to time and complexity.
Starting the session
A work session begins, usually lasting between 1 and 4 weeks, in which the team commits to completing the selected objectives. During this phase, short daily meetings are held to share progress and identify any obstacles.
Development
The development team works together to create the product or functionality envisaged in the session. This includes writing code, testing, reviewing and other development activities.
Session review
At the end of each session, the team shows stakeholders the results achieved and receives their feedback. During this phase, the results achieved are evaluated and any updates or changes to the project specifications are discussed.
Retrospective
The team reflects on the session just concluded to identify positive points, challenges faced and opportunities for improvement. This feedback is used to adapt and improve the process in subsequent sessions.
These phases are repeated cyclically during the life of the project, allowing the development team to adapt to changes, continuously improve and deliver value in an iterative and incremental manner.
